Finding your Authentic Self

We are born with the perfect integration of body, mind and spirit.  As the years pass and we are impacted by the life we live, we will get out of balance.  We will lose that perfect integration.  Most will live more fully in the mind, the intellect; many will focus on our bodies and perfecting them with exercise and nutrition, or any of the myriad processes we feel will make us healthy.

As we focus on one aspect, we lose connection with the whole... with the wisdom of the whole.

This workshop will focus on rediscovering that balance.  The balance that allows up to live a more peaceful, centered life.

Length can vary from: 90 minute subject introduction to 6 hour interactive exploration
