RESET Yourself for Health and Peace
Workshop hosted by Rebecca Fishel Bright
The workshop is designed to take each participant back to neutral after the stresses of the week prior.
The goal of this experience is to help people strip away the tension that naturally builds up as the result of living. The more often we can get ourselves and our bodies back to “neutral,” the better our living will be.
Remember stress is not just about the physical, but also impacts us emotionally and spiritually, leading to anxiety, depression and difficulty concentrating or sleeping.
The workshop provides participants with a safe space to work to reset the body and mind to a neutral, gently energized place ready for the next part of the adventure.
Working with a blend of tools pulled from many disciplines the activities in each day’s workshop are chosen for what participants need on that particular evening.
